This training is based on Légis Québec Q-2, r.32, NFPA 472, Académie des pompiers, and Responding in the Presence of Hazardous Materials laws and standards.

Emergency response plan
Methods for safe handling and transport
Appropriate use of handling equipment
Reasonable emergency response following an accidental release
WHMIS requirements and using material safety data sheets
Presenting the UN GHS program

Evaluation

Written exam and practical tests. The required passing grade is 80%. A supplemental exam is available.
