Who is this training for?

All employees who are required to work at heights and use fall protection equipment in their work environment. There are no prerequisites for this training.

Description

At the end of this course, participants will be able to work at heights in accordance with occupational health and safety regulations.

  • Identifying security measures to be applied
  • Identifying the factors needed to develop a rescue plan

  • Normative and legal aspects
  • Rescue plan (performance objectives: 10 min/unconscious – 15 min/conscious)
  • Accident prevention at the source
  • Group prevention methods
  • Access methods
  • Safety equipment
  • Scenarios

Evaluation

One 25-question written exam. The required passing grade is 80%. A supplemental exam is available.
